Set in Brooklyn, New York in August 2003, BLACKOUT! tells the true story of the wave of magic and imagination that surged across the dark city during the course of a 36-hour-long blackout that affected over 50 million people in the northeastern United States and Canada.

BLACKOUT! is a 32-page coloring book printed in the USA on 100% recycled paper with vegetable inks, written by Martín Perna and illustrated by acclaimed artist Ricardo Cortés.
