For the past few weeks I’ve been holed up in Bushwick, Brooklyn with Antibalas and producer Gabriel Roth as well as some cameo appearances by members of the Dap Kings and other friends. After 13 years, the band is going strong and sounding better than ever. It is a privilege and a pleasure to be making music with such a talented and generous crew of people.
